All our Switchgear equipment is fully refurbished by our engineers and comes with a comprehensive warranty of one year.
Our Engineering team can assist with the design and offer protection arrangements to suit requirements from typical transformer feeders and incomers to generator system protection. We can offer extensions to existing switchboards and hold a huge spares inventory. We also have availability for Retrofit circuit breakers and protection upgrades.
We can offer wall-mounted and free-standing LV Distribution boards, motor control centres, and Transformer mounted/close-coupled enclosures. Our range of surplus units is available with switch fuses, MCCBs, and ACBs in a range of various form types, and protection facilities.
We can offer front and rear access LV Distribution Switchboards with top or bottom cable entries and where required integral free-standing power factor correction equipment.
Due to the extensive testing and overhaul procedures (which include cleaning, checking, upgrading, painting and a full range of electrical testing) that we carry out following our quality procedures to ISO9001, we can offer our 12-month warranty.
Our HV and LV testing procedures include HV & LV pressure testing, insulation resistance & busbar resistance checks and earth bonding.
We carry out extensive protection circuit tests on HV & LV circuit protection units. Our HV & LV Circuit breakers and switches are checked for correct switching operation and tripping operations. HV circuit breakers can be tested for discharge and extensive closing and tripping tests will be carried out in normal service and both circuit and busbar earth positions as applicable. HV circuit breaker protection testing includes secondary injection tests to CT’s circuits and relays.
All refurbished equipment is checked for compliance with SOPs or DINS as issued by the ENA NEDeRS scheme and upgrades are carried out as applicable.
